Meet Your Attorney
WHERE THE SPARKS BEGAN
Attorney Edwards always knew that she wanted to practice law. While in undergrad, she read The Blindfold's Eyes by Sister Diana Ortiz, this book opened her eyes and pulled her head an heart towards immigration law. She wanted her work as an attorney to make a difference and to help people achieve a meaningful goal.
Laying the Foundation
In 2012, she attended law school at The Florida A&M University College of Law. There she took internships with a Domestic Violence Clinic, USCIS, and ICE to gain exposure and experience in immigration matters and graduated at the top of her class.
COMMITTED to immigration
After passing the Florida Bar in 2015, she continued to volunteer with immigration organizations and worked with law firms to help others gain citizenship and visas. After years of working for others, she decided to start her own practice.
